CANCELLATION POLICY

Our programs are limited to a certain number of riders per session, and many if not all of them will sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 30 Days before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another family. You may call us at 704-266-2581 any time to cancel.
Refunds requested more than 30 days ahead of the scheduled session will be issued for the amount we receive which is less credit card processing fees. If we can fill your spot in the session and you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled session - you will be refunded 60% of the total of your purchase.
